Wholesale Information
Any retailers interested in stocking missmouse accessories please email your details to missmousetrading@bigpond.com and we will contact you. As products are made to order please allow 21 days for processing.
1. Minimum order value $100 (wholesale orders).
2. Payment is required prior to despatch of the order.
3. Upon receipt of an order, we will contact you with the total and the
order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Delivery
We use Australia Post Express Post.
Orders up to 500g $7.70
Orders up to 3kg $10.90
Express post parcels have a unique tracking number. Any non-delivery
of parcels, please contact us.
Easy Returns of missmouse
Products can be returned in their original condition including tags for refund if they are faulty. Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. If you are not satisfied for any other reason please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to the limited availability of some of the fabrics used to create missmouse products we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange for the same item. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process and notification will be by email. Please contact us for further information.
